Annual Commitment:
Membership at Temple Sholom is based on a fair-share model to ensure everyone can participate in Temple life.
The recommended commitment is based on a percentage of the family's gross annual income. As a quide, the chart below illustrates the suggested percentages for different ranges of income. Please note these are guidelines; we would be happy to discuss other options that are better suited for you.

Building Fund:
When first joining the synagogue, we ask every member family to make a pledge to the Temple's building fund. The fund ensures that we have money set aside for the facility's long-term upkeep.
This pledge is a one-time, five-year commitment. We suggest that the amount of the building pledge reflect a similar level of support as the annual commitment. This generous contribution is distributed in yearly payments over a five-year period.
