Annual Membership Commitment                       

The annual commitment is self assessed. However, it is based on an amount of $2,000 - $2,200 per year which is the cost per family to run Temple Sholom. We recognize that not all families are able to pay an annual commitment of this amount and some families can pay considerably more. We ask that you consider an amount that is fair and in keeping with your ability to pay. Often, arriving at the correct amount is a conversation between you and the synagogue.  Please feel free to call us to discuss. We are happy to work with you on confirming your annual commitment.

                            Building Fund Pledge                               

When first joining the  synagogue, every new member family is asked to make a pledge to the Temple's building fund. This fund ensures that we have money set aside for the facility's long-term upkeep.

This pledge is a one-time, five-year commitment. We suggest that the amount of your building fund pledge reflect a similar level of support your annual commitment. This generous contribution is distributed in yearly payments over a five-year period.
